This onsite leadership role demands deep expertise in performance and automation testing across web and mobile platforms. You’ll guide strategy, mentor team members, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable systems using tools like JMeter, Placemeter, Selenium, and AI-driven testing frameworks.We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at identifying bottlenecks, and drives continuous improvement in testing processes. If you’re ready to lead from the front and bring innovation to performance engineering, we’d love to connect.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of performance and load testing strategies using JMeter and PlacemeterArchitect and implement automation frameworks using Selenium, integrated with CI/CD pipelinesOversee functional, regression, and mobile testing efforts to ensure seamless user experienceLeverage AI-based testing tools (e.g., AI redit) to enhance coverage and accuracyAnalyze performance metrics, identify system bottlenecks, and recommend optimizationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and performance benchmarksPrepare and present detailed test reports and improvement plans to stakeholdersMentor junior testers and continuously evolve testing frameworks and methodologiesRequired Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of hands-on experience in automation and performance testingProven leadership in managing test teams and driving quality initiativesStrong expertise in JMeter and Placemeter for performance engineeringSolid experience with Selenium for web automationFamiliarity with mobile testing frameworks and methodologiesExposure to AI-based testing tools (AI redit or similar)Deep understanding of functional testing, defect tracking, and QA best practicesExperience in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integrationExcellent analytical, debugging, and communication skillsAbility to lead independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyLet me know if you’d like a version formatted for LinkedIn, job boards, or email outreach.
