Designation- Business Development / Lead Generation Executive

CTC range- open for the right candidate

Candidates with relevant international sales experience are eligible for this role.

Experience- 1-6 Years into Lead Generation, Outbound calls, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Solution Selling and Cloud sales.


Role & responsibilities


  • Making/doing cold calls and Lead generation (B2B clients) 100-150 calls per day.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cloud products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Stay abreast of market trends in cloud and security technology and competitor strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and product improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track key sales metrics and report performance to management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the cloud technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and the broader technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
