Job description:

The ecommerce executive will be responsible for handling all eCommerce marketplace functioning for the brand. The candidate will proactively work with the e-commerce team and ensure smooth operations of the brand across international marketplaces. The compensation package will be flexible and commensurate with your capabilities, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the field.


Roles and Responsibilities:

· Create online product listings

· Manage reporting and returns processes

· Monitor and address customer feedback

· Work on problem solving and product optimizations

· Regularly update and manage inventory on various ecommerce platforms

· Contribute to Shopify website development

· Working knowledge of digital marketing and Amazon sponsored ads is a big plus

· Learning and implementing best practices.

· Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and analyse keyword insights for continuous improvement.


Desired Candidate Profile:

· Honest, Hardworking and Dedicated

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce and Marketplaces

· Proficient in market portals such as Amazon; Shopify experience is a bonus

· Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

· Quick learner, smart and decisive,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
