With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.🔹 Position: Senior Mainframe DeveloperExperience Required: 7-8 yearsLocations: Bengaluru/Chennai/PuneWork mode: HybridEmployment Type: PermanentNotice Period: Immediate JoinersKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare Technical Specifications, Program Specifications, and develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications.Work with the core team to deliver all required components for project milestones.Perform code reviews, investigate and resolve issues, and support during critical events (Code Red).Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Support the Team Lead in various delivery, planning, and coordination activities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7–8 years of experience in mainframe application development, support, and deployment.Strong command of CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and assist Team Lead in delivery responsibilities.Mandatory SkillsCICSCOBOLJCLVSAMDB2Specification writing (Tech Spec & Program Spec)Code review & issue resolution
