You will play a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of commercial activities within our organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring effective communication, coordination, and administration of various commercial tasks to support the Operations team. You will work closely with different teams to streamline processes, approvals and co-ordination.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Location-Pune (Talawade)
  • 4-7 years' of experience in IT commercial administration
  • Flexi to work from Office
  • Immediate Joiner/Lesser notice period candidates preferred


Responsibilities:

I. Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial proposals.

• Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a comprehensive database tracker for all related roles and responsibilities.


II. Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Vendor Pre-qualification includes clientele feedback, past record and vendor evaluation.

• Process vendor invoices as per issued PO/agreements SoW/SLA’s to ensure as per process.


III. MIS and Reporting:

• Generate regular reports for management review and other key metrics.

• Compile and analyse commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for further improvement.

• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.


IV. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting commercial operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal/statutory requirements.

• Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration

• Proven experience 4 to 5 years in IT commercial administration, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and procurement processes.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and commercial software (e.g., SAP Ariba).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
