KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Evaluate deal feasibility and evaluation through detailed financial models
  • Ensuring accurate land feasibility assumptions
  • Ensuring deal evaluation is methodically driven through established processes of land feasibility and market intelligence to understand the market desired product in relevant micro markets
  • Ensuring end-to-end deal management and ensuring 360-degree overview of all deals
  • Preparation of Investment Memorandum for IC, regular business presentations to management
  • Updating Bi-weekly MIS financial models and cashflows
