Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a CCTV Fire Alarm and Access Service Engineer. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, fire alarm systems, and access control systems. Tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing field services, and providing reliable technical support to clients to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve system issuesField service and maintenance experience with the ability to perform on-site repairsExcellent communication skills for client interactions and effective collaboration with team membersDemonstrated proficiency in handling CCTV, fire alarm systems, and access control systemsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site environmentRelevant technical certifications or education in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields is a plusExperience in security systems or a similar field will be highly advantageous
