The AVP - Product Development will be responsible for the management of key insurance products and initiatives. This role is crucial in driving product innovation and managing the product life cycle to ensure continued company success.

Job Description:

  • Drive the development of new insurance products
  • Lead and manage the entire product life cycle
  • Develop and lead product innovation and discovery cycles with the product team
  • Manage processes to ensure structured feedback loops with key stakeholders i.e. customers and distribution
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, technology, operations, underwriting, claims, operations and marketing teams to drive product success
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure product competitiveness
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for all insurance products
  • Analyse product performance and make necessary adjustments
  • Develop product pricing strategies


The Successful Applicant:

  • A strong educational background
