Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee social media channels for DAM and our partner brands. This role will involve managing and executing social media strategies across platforms, coordinating shoots for performance marketing ads, and driving engagement through relevant and trend-based content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels for DAM and partner brands, ensuring content aligns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Content Creation & Coordination:
  • Coordinate and manage ad shoots for performance marketing campaigns, including planning and execution.
  • Shoot and edit reels, ensuring high-quality, on-trend content.
  • Design visuals using Canva and collaborate with designers as needed to create visually appealing content.
  • Trend Awareness & Copywriting:
  • Stay up-to-date with current affairs, social media trends, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Write engaging and concise copy for social media posts and campaigns.
  • Project Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of social media strategies.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all assets.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Awareness of current affairs and social media trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
  • Experience shooting and editing reels or short-form video content.
  • Proficient in Canva for quick content creation and design.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging social media posts.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in social media management or a related field is preferred.
