Job Title: Salesforce, Location: Pan IndiaWork Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 5years (5 years Relevant)Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H)Notice Period: - Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills: Sfcore, LWC, Integration, Apex, Agent ForceAdditional Skills: Candidates should be capable of leveraging Agent force for automated agent interactions and other AIpowered features within the platform They are responsible for developing custom solutions integrating APIs and ensuring seamless agent workflows often working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and customizing Agent force applications This includes using Apex LWC and other Salesforce technologies to build and enhance Agent force featuresIntegrating with external systems Connecting Agentforce with other applications databases or platforms using REST SOAP or other technologiesDesigning and building Experience Cloud sites Creating custom components templates and branded sites for selfservice and agent experiencesCollaborating with stakeholders Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsMaintaining and optimizing data models sharing rules and user roles Ensuring data integrity and access control within the Salesforce environmentEnsuring best practices in coding testing and DevOps Implementing coding standards conducting unit testing and deploying changes using best practicesTroubleshooting and providing ongoing support Resolving production issues and maintaining the stability of Salesforce applicationsParticipating in Agile ceremonies Contributing to development sprints and maintaining documentationSkills and KnowledgeProficiency in Apex LWC and other Salesforce technologiesExperience with Salesforce APIs and integrationsKnowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standardsExperience with data modeling sharing rules and user rolesUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve production issuesStrong communication and collaboration skillsTools and TechnologiesSalesforce Platform Including Forcecom Lightning App Builder and HerokuAgentforce Salesforces AIpowered platform for agent interactionsApex LWC SOQL and Flow BuilderREST SOAP and other integration technologiesVisual Studio Code Often used for Salesforce development with the Agentforce for Developers extensionDevOps tools Opsera Git Bitbucket copado etc
