Job Description:

XRMROI is seeking an experienced SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), specifically in Advanced Warehousing and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing F&O solutions to optimize supply chain operations and warehouse management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Configure and implement Advanced Warehousing functionalities, including Wave Planning, Work Templates, Location Directives, Load Planning, and Warehouse Management Processes.
  • Provide end-to-end support for Supply Chain Management modules, covering Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and ensure seamless integration with other D365 F&O modules.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, prepare functional design documents, and assist in user training and testing.
  • Work closely with technical teams for system customization, extensions, and third-party integrations.
  • Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an SCM Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Strong expertise in Advanced Warehousing, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control.
  • Hands-on experience in Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management modules.
  • Experience with End-to-End Implementations, Configurations, and Process Optimization.
  • Ability to document business processes and train end users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications in Supply Chain or Finance & Operations (Preferred).
