Since 2009, we have positively impacted the lives of over 13,000 children, youth, and families through our inclusive, collaborative approach that focuses on nurturing and supporting all aspects of a child’s mental health and development.Qualifications: Essential Qualifications:MA in Clinical PsychologyMinimum 3 years of demonstrable experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settingsDesirable Qualifications:M.Phil. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (with RCI registration preferred)Preference will be given to candidates with an M.Phil qualification.Job Requirements: 1. Role and ResponsibilitiesIntakes and PsychotherapyCarrying out Cognitive/Psychoeducational assessmentsOpportunities for Training, community and outreach workWorking collaboratively with children, young people, families, and communities.2. Desired Skills and CompetenciesLanguages: Should be fluent in Hindi and English.Commitment to learning and building high-quality services.Strong foundational knowledge in developmental psychology and evidence-based therapeutic approaches for children, adolescents, and young adults (infancy to 25 years).Experience and knowledge of Cognitive assessment tools like WISC, WIAT etc.Proficiency in providing individual, group, and family therapy for a range of mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and behavioral concerns).Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to work effectively in the context of diverse family structures, socio-economic backgrounds, and communities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, families, and colleagues.Time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.Ability to engage in reflective practice and ongoing professional development, including receiving and providing supervision.Collaborative mindset for working as part of a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining ethical boundaries and confidentiality.3.
