Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Manager/Associate Director - Business Excellence, Operations Strategy. This role will be pivotal in overseeing multiple projects within the supply chain management function of Furlenco.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage various projects across different subdomains of supply chain management, including but not limited to sourcing, lean six sigma procurement, operations, dispatch, and inventory management.
  • Utilize extensive experience in supply chain management to drive operational excellence and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as design, growth, and finance to ensure alignment and synergy in business operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies tailored to optimize the performance of the supply chain function.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Management degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, cost analysis, and across multiple subdomains of supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, operations, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Individual contributor role with proven leadership abilities, and a history of driving change and achieving results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
