We require M.D. Ayurveda Doctors.


JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Providing an Excellence Standard of Practice and Care:

All patients are entitled to the best standards of practice and care from their doctors. Essential elements of this are professional competence; good relations with patients, respect for the patient’s autonomy, good relations with colleagues, and observance of professional ethical obligations.


Good Clinical care must include:

·      An adequate and correct assessment of the patient’s condition, based on history and physical examination.

·      Provide for appropriate investigations.

·      Provide for appropriate treatment. 

·      Consulting and discussing with the team wherever needed.


In providing for care you must:

·      Be willing to consult with team members.

·      Be competent when making a diagnosis or providing treatment.

·      Keep clear, accurate, medical records which report the relevant clinical finding, the decisions made and any drugs or treatment given.

·      Prescribe only the medicines, treatments and appliances that will serve the patient’s needs.

·      Abide by the hospital rules, protocols and standard practice.

·      Maintaining Good Medical Practice.

·      You must keep your knowledge and skills up to date throughout your working life.

·      You will be reporting directly to the Medical Superintendent only.


Trainings: 

·      Conduct regular training sessions of Panchakarma and with medical staff.

·      Ensuring all standards and parameters are met in the Panchakarma department.


For IPD Patients:

·      Dealing and taking care of all over International / NRI/ CGHS/ Guest & Insurance patients.

·      Regular and on time consultations for them.

·      Meeting daily with the patients and describing them about the next day treatments and benefits.

·      Rounding in Panchkarma theatre or other medical theatres during the treatment of patients.

·      Major Panchkarma procedures like Basti, Nasya, Vaman & Virechan etc. should be given under your supervision.


EXPERIENCE: 3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.


EXPECTED CTC: 6 LAKH PER ANNUM PLUS INCENTIVES.
