Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in business loans or unsecured loans sales. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team in acquiring new business clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our financial products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business loan sales targets and revenue goals.
  2.  Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and performance.
  3. Identify and prospect potential business clients, cultivate leads, and convert opportunities into sales through effective relationship-building and sales techniques.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable lending solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Stay updated on our range of business loan products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business expansion.
  7. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all sales activities.


Qualifications and Skills:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on unsecured business loans.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the financial services industry.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Sound understanding of financial products, lending processes, and credit risk assessment.
  7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
