Job Overview:

We are seeking an Content and Research Specialist to join our media communications team. The ideal candidate will have a background in economics, political science/English honor, or a related field and will be hands-on with research and content development.


This role presents a unique opportunity for professionals with research and analysis backgrounds to extend their horizons and leverage their knowledge and ability to conduct research and analysis on a range of issues, and communicate their findings to the internal team developing strategies.


Job Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be supporting our PR Team on a daily basis for media queries, op-eds, pitch notes, etc.


  • We are seeking a skilled content writer with expertise in crafting long-form content, press releases, white papers, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and be able to write compelling content that engages and informs our audience.


  • The candidate should be a skilled Research Analyst & Content Developer who can conduct research and analyze data to generate insights and develop content based on these insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in both research and content development, and be able to translate complex data into clear, concise, and engaging content.


  • The candidate will be taught various parameters and will accordingly be responsible for tracking corporate, policy, and social trends related to designated sectors on a day-to-day basis.


  • We are looking for someone who has experience working with think tanks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of research and analysis and be able to contribute to the development of evidence-based solutions.


  • The candidate will maintain weekly and monthly research reports on clients related to focus sectors. Develop reports and other content assets that showcase our expertise and thought leadership in the policy and sectoral trends space.


  • The candidate will study sectoral trends and give input to communications teams to design real-time and evolving media and intervention strategies for clients.


  • The candidate will be responsible for drafting various communications-related materials and analysis reports for designated clients and will accordingly be responsible for managing all content and documentation-related requirements for their designated clients.


  • Staying up-to-date with current market news and trends and continuously improving your knowledge tank.


Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Political Science/Economics/English Hons, or a related field


  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to study market trends and distill them into actionable insights


  • Preferable experience working with a PR Firm.


  • Understanding of media and exposure to media consumption and tracking.


  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft various content materials and analysis reports


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and take ownership.


  • The adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
