Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a corporate environment, to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in creating and maintaining the company’s visual identity through style guides, presentation templates, infographics, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of branding and the ability to translate business objectives into clean, modern, and professional designs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development:
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive style guide to ensure visual consistency across all company materials.
  • Template Creation:
  • Design high-quality, user-friendly PowerPoint templates aligned with company branding standards.
  • Infographic Design:
  • Develop visually compelling infographics to present complex data and key insights effectively.
  • Marketing Collateral:
  • Create branded materials such as brochures, social media graphics, reports, and promotional content.
  • Corporate Visuals:
  • Design visuals for internal and external communications, including presentations and email templates.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure designs align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Quality Control:
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all designs, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines across departments.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.


  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint for designing templates and presentations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Design Expertise:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work, including templates, infographics, branding, and marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in typography, layout design, and color theory.
  • Infographic Expertise:
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing, data-driven infographics.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • A keen eye for consistency, precision, and design quality.
  • Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication to convey design concepts effectively.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience working with design systems is a bonus.
