** Please go through Job description properly before applying **Job descriptionWe are seeking an HR Specialist who can independently manage key HR functions in a growing IT consulting environment. The role covers end-to-end hiring, performance processes, employee relations, compliance coordination, and visa-related documentation. This is a remote, hands-on position requiring strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to work without a subordinate team.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and consulting roles within the IT consulting and IT services ecosystem.• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluation tracking, and offer discussions.• Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain structured hiring updates for leadership.2. Performance Management• Coordinate appraisal cycles, probation reviews, KPI tracking, and evaluation documentation.• Ensure timely communication between employees and reporting managers.• Support preparation of performance-related documentation and discussions.3. Employee Relations & Experience• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and engagement-related matters.• Manage remote onboarding, induction, confirmation tracking, and basic exit processes.• Coordinate internal training activities and maintain relevant records.• Assist in culture-building and internal communication initiatives.4. Compliance & Visa Coordination• Coordinate visa-related documents and liaise with internal/external teams when needed.• Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and ensure timely updates for compliance.Scope of the Role• This is a remote, independent, hands-on HR role.• Requires high accountability, confidentiality, and self-driven execution.Required Skills & Experience• 5+ years of HR experience in IT consulting or IT services (mandatory).• Strong exposure to technical hiring.• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to handle responsibilities independently with professionalism and discretion.Background VerificationSelected candidates will be required to undergo standard background verification as part of the hiring process.
