Lead Software Engineer:-

Must have worked on React JS more than 5+ Years


Lead Software engineer is responsible for implementing the front-end logic that defines the behavior of the visual elements of a web application. Candidate is Responsible for recommending and owning technology stack for all responsive UI and backend developments. This would include front-end as well as back-end implementations using JavaScript and Node.js and other backend technologies. Candidate should be able to research, explore & compare available options and recommend the best solution for any given requirements.


Required Experience:

Should be capable of leading and managing the Team and Product Development work.

Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Can clearly communicate key points with a variety of audiences – both technical and non-technical. Able to convey key technical points quickly and clearly and go into depth as needed.

Initiative-taker ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.


Substantial experience and demonstrated ability in the following technologies:

  • Must have worked on React JS more than 5+ Years
  • JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds (8+ of working experience in JavaScript) to Advanced JavaScript libraries, frameworks, and tools such as React, Redux, NodeJS, Jest, Webpack, ES6.
  • Building responsive Single Page Applications using RESTful web services and processing JSON data.
  • Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX.
  • Web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Front end development tools.
  • Code versioning tools like Git and SVN.


Following skills preferred:

  • JSON and REST patterns
  • Integrating enterprise software systems via JSON and REST services
  • Microservices
  • HTTP request/response protocol
  • XML and XSLT
  • Basic understanding of computer network and its components
  • Cloud-based technologies
  • Agile Experience (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Work experience in 3-tier architectures environment consisting of front-end clients, middle-tier servers, and database back-ends.
