Job Summary

We are looking for a city operations head to lead and manage our Electric cab fleet

operations in the city. You will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet of vehicles

and drivers are well-maintained, staffed, and operated in a safe and efficient

manner. You will also oversee the financial performance, customer satisfaction,

and compliance of our cab fleet operations in the city.


Job Duties

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to ensure that our cab fleet operations meet the company’s goals and standards.
  • Manage and optimize the processes and systems related to the cab fleet operations, such as scheduling, dispatching, routing, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage the operational budget and allocate resources as required to meet the operational needs and targets.
  • Analyse operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and repaired according to the company’s standards and regulations.
  • Ensure that all drivers are properly trained, licensed, and compliant with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as the RTO and Traffic rules.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to the cab fleet operations and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Foster a positive and professional relationship with the drivers and provide them with support and feedback.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operational and support staff to achieve the operational goals and standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management on the status and performance of the cab fleet operations in the city.


Job Requirements

  • Masters degree in business administration, transportation, logistics, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics, preferably in the Electric Cab industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, fleet management software, and GPS systems
  • Knowledge of the cab industry, market trends, and customer needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
