About Us

We are a dynamic and innovative non-banking financial company committed to delivering cutting-edge financial solutions. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with experience of 2-3 yrs to join our team and contribute to the development of our web applications.


Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, AngularJS, PostgreSQL, Flask, Python, and Django.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in full stack development.

Proficiency in MongoDB, AngularJS, PostgreSQL, Flask, Python, and Django.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Loan Origination Systems and Loan Management Systems is an added advantage.


Ideal Applicant Must Have

Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving (e.g., Maps, Trees, and Graphs).

Experience with programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.

Experience developing front ends using HTML5, CSS, and SAAS/LESS.

Experience using Flask/Django.

Experience building full-stack apps and frontend development frameworks.

Ability and experience in writing reusable code and knowledge of best practices and design patterns.

Willingness to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Knowledge of containerisation technologies like Docker.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
