Job Description: Tele caller

Position Overview: We are seeking a Tele caller to contribute to the sales efforts of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients through effective communication. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our business development team and driving company growth by bringing in new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact current and potential clients to inform them about our products and generate inquiries.
  • Answer queries and provide information about the company and its products.
  • Support the business development team by scheduling appointments through calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
  • Accurately source and manage client information from databases and the internet.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by going the extra mile in customer engagement.
  • Keep detailed records of all sales calls and useful information.
  • The role involves 70% calling and 30% office work.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like CRM and telephone systems is beneficial.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A graduation degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
