Title: Associate General Manager – Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management. This involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations and standards
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. This includes analyzing financial performance and advising on improvements.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing efficiency measures. Monitoring expenses and managing financial performance against budget
- Overseeing internal controls and audit processes to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
- Process improvements and automation, ICFR, risk & Compliance management
- Managing foreign Subsidiary
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Skills:
- Well versed with accounting standards / Ind-AS.
- Good presentation and communication skills to deal with top management
- Analytical skills to present insights to management on the business
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and task orientation
- Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function
- Well versed with dealing with accounting packages such as Oracle / SAP
- M&A exposure, experience with large audit firms, listed company experience – an added advantage
- CA with minimum 05 yrs. of post qualification experience.
