  • The role is responsible for managing the development activity of Customizations, Interfaces, Reports, API’s & Webservices. Managing customizations in Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, OAF and Workflows across Oracle Process Manufacturing, SCM and Finance Modules.
  • The role is responsible for delivery of the following domains:

Development of Customisation / customized applications as per business requirements

Integration of various sub-systems with Oracle ERPs as per Industry standards

Performance tuning – Ensuring Optimum Oracle ERPs performance.

  • Collaborate with Oracle DBA Team, Functional Team, Oracle OEM, and Partners for on time delivery Develop and coach an effective user and super-user community.
  • Responsible for devising the roadmap and driving implementation to ensure Oracle ERP system performance. This include technology scanning, New version implementation, Robust middle layer implementation between Oracle and various sub-systems.
  • Responsible for sustaining and improving Oracle ERP performance, Info. Security posture.
  • Sound Expertise in Oracle ERP technical domain, Knowledge on Oracle 12c / 19c optimizer, Integration of various systems with Oracle ERP
  • Participate in the design of high-quality application architecture that meets organization’s business requirements.
  • Responsible for decisions on the right solutions, with respect to quality, time and cost.
  • Delivery of key initiatives with on time completion of project milestones
  • Ensuring Quality of solutions - Right First Time - proposed and implemented.
  • Proactively study the risks involved and devise rick mitigation plans.
  • Manage Technical Teams, Partners in designing solutions, defining schedules and requirements, testing, managing stakeholders, addressing issues and providing direction to consultants.
  • Communication with International business teams to improve IT contribution to the business; Suggest New Technology Solutions, taking inputs.
  • Implementing InfoSec Recommendations and guidelines to ensure data security.

  • Oracle Projects delivery w.r.t Time, Cost and Quality as per business requirements.
  • Effective Management of ERP Applications and Provide Solutions on time, within the prescribed Cost norms.
