Educational Qualifications -BE Instrumentation & Control

Experience- 8-12 years


Key Responsibilities-

1. Study of Proposal contract documents & requirements & Preparation of TQs and closeouts with Customer

2. Preparation of Proposal deliverables including BOQ & Costing inline with ITB

3. Preparation of FEED deliverables including Design basis, Layouts, Installation/Hook-UP Drawings

4. Preparation of Specification/Datasheets for Field Instruments

(Flowmeter/Pressure/Temperature/Analytical), Automated Valves and Control Systems such as

DCS/PLC/Safety Systems

5. Preparation of Specification/Datasheets for Electrical items such as Lighting Fixtures, Electric Heat

Tracing, VFD, Cables, Earthing, etc.

6. Design Calculations, Estimation & Selection of Bulk materials including Cable, Cable Tray Layouts, Hook-

Up drawings, Installation Drawings as per Project requirement

7. Review of Packages for Bought-Out Items


Other Responsibilities-

1. Vendor development

2. Interdisciplinary Co-ordination for E&I with process, Piping, Mechanical, Structure.

3. Support in Standardization of E&I deliverables


Technical Competencies -

1. Thorough knowledge of Instruments and Electrical devices & systems used in Oil and Gas and Refinery

installations, Process plants.

2. Conversant with International Standards including NEC/NFPA ,IEC, EN and associated Certifications

including UL / ATEX /IECEx.

3. Thorough knowledge of Hazardous Area Classification and selection of E&I items complying to the same.


Knowledge and Skills-

1. Knowledge & Update about Latest available Technology solutions and trends for Instruments and Electrical

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

3. Hands-on knowledge of working on Design software like Autocad, Dialux will be an advantage

4. Inclination towards Digitalization and having Digital mindset to Improve Productivity and Efficiency at
