JOB TYPE: Full Time


We are looking for a Salesforce developer who can design, develop, and maintain our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for creating custom applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows that meet the needs of our internal and external stakeholders. You will also partner with business users to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that enhance their productivity and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be familiar with agile methodologies and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.


Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications, features and functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.

• Create and modify reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and data analysis.

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide technical support, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

• Test, debug, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring quality and performance.

• Document and maintain code, configuration, and design standards, as well as user manuals and training materials.

• Keep up to date with Salesforce updates, features and best practices, and implement them as needed.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience

• At least three years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or equivalent knowledge and skills

• Experience in business partnering, report writing and workflow creation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment
