Job Title: Penetration Tester (Pen Tester)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for simulating cyberattacks on our systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable solutions. Your expertise will be key to strengthening our security posture and ensuring robust defenses against potential threats.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough penetration testing on networks, systems, applications, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Simulate advanced cyberattacks to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  • Document findings, evaluate their potential risks, and provide remediation recommendations.
  • Develop and execute scripts, tools, and techniques to assess the security of applications and networks.
  • Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with security, IT, and development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
  • Stay current with the latest threats, techniques, and trends in penetration testing and cybersecurity.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
  • Expertise in penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Kali Linux, etc.
  • Deep understanding of web application security, network protocols, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PTES, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar are highly preferred.
  • Ability to think creatively and approach problems from an attacker’s perspective.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
