We are in search of a dedicated DevOps Architect who possesses a profound understanding of Azure ecosystem, especially in the context of Sitecore projects. The perfect candidate will be deeply familiar with Azure cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps, AKS, and CI/CD, and will also have a foundational grasp of Sitecore. This role requires a visionary who can shape the future of our DevOps landscape, architecting robust and scalable solutions for our Sitecore projects.


As an Architect, you will provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project with specific focus on Devops solutioning. This role is responsible for guiding design, user interface, and technology integration of projects and interfacing with client technology and management teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Architectural Leadership: Architect and design robust, scalable, and efficient DevOps solutions that align with the company’s objectives and technology landscape.
  2. Infrastructure Design: Architect the Azure cloud infrastructure for Sitecore projects ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. CI/CD Blueprint: Design and conceptualize CI/CD pipelines tailored for Sitecore projects, promoting rapid and reliable code deployments.
  4. Integration with Sitecore: Ensure seamless integration between DevOps processes and Sitecore deployments.
  5. AKS Management: Architect and design AKS clusters, ensuring they are optimized for deploying, scaling, and managing Sitecore applications.
  6. Solution Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the existing DevOps solutions, ensuring they meet the current needs and can scale for future demands.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate architectural designs into practical implementations.
  8. Stay Updated: Continuously monitor the latest trends in Azure, Sitecore, DevOps, and related technologies, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  9. Mentoring & Training: Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members, promoting best practices in DevOps and Azure solutions.


Requirements

9 + years of experience as a DevOps Architect or a similar strategic role.

In-depth expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps, AKS, and CI/CD.

Foundational understanding of Sitecore and its deployment intricacies.

Proven ability to design containerized solutions using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools within the Azure ecosystem.

A strong analytical mind coupled with problem-solving aptitude.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Thought leader who can manage the process of innovative change effectively and remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices.

Knowledge of Sitecore DevOPs, integration with CRM – MS Dynamics or Salesforce (preferred).

Good to have knowledge of ISMS.

Education - Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
