The startup you'll be working for offers an AI-powered platform that automates social media management, helping businesses maintain a consistent online presence with minimal effort. The platform generates tailored content, schedules posts, and automates audience engagement across major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. By leveraging the latest AI advancements, it reduces the time, cost, and hassle of social media management, making it a user-friendly and affordable alternative to hiring a full-time social media manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications, focusing on logical structures and efficient problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring strong back-end logic and smooth front-end experiences.
  • Work across both the front-end and back-end of applications, ensuring seamless integration and problem-solving as issues arise.
  • Take ownership of tasks, working independently with a strong focus on logical analysis and problem resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of our platform.


Technical Skills Required:

  • Back-End: Proficiency in Node.js or any other back-end language.
  • Front-End: Experience with React.js or any other front-end framework.
  • Familiarity with Noodl or any other low-code platform is a plus, with a readiness to leverage these tools for rapid development.


Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack academic projects or relevant internships.
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a clear understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles.


Soft Skills:

  • Five-star communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members located outside of India. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms, particularly low-code solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to learning new technologies.


Work Schedule:

  • Willingness to work in alignment with UK time shifts.
  • You will need to bring your own laptop for all work-related tasks.
