  • Engage with stakeholders and end users to research, identify, develop and document incident resolution
  • Facilitate solution design workshops with business subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams
  • Lead technical process team to develop forward-thinking prototypes with high efficiency & productivity while minimizing Tech-Debt & Data-Debt
  • Be Proactive Self-starter, solution-oriented who is able to manage own tasks & time
  • Define and document current As-Is & To-Be business processes
  • Be customer-centric, data-driven, quality-focused, collaborative & have a positive attitude
  • Define & document procedural steps and data flows to accurately depict business processes
  • Understand concepts of generalization and re-usability of design components in a way that maximizes their value across different groups and teams
  • Time management and ability to balance competing demands to effectively prioritize tasks and achieve deadlines, on individual basis as well as for a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including the ability to influence senior management and executives
  • Document user stories, demonstrating good linkage to requirements and epics
  • Work with business & technical teams, to define & document acceptance criteria
  • Ensure full requirements traceability & provide appropriate documented evidence with each release
  • Work with technical teams to identify automation areas and opportunity for product improvement
  • Support the technical team, as needed, to ensure the solution has been implemented
  • Bring BA-BOK best-practice experience to proactively build Agile practices within the team
  • Prepare materials and provide training sessions & troubleshoot issues with data & process

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years working in an Agile environment
  • Working understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Hands-On experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Boomi
  • Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, TOAD and SQL*Developer tools, .NET, K2
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Multiple system integration experience


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Experience working in the areas of Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Fusion & eBusiness Suite (EBS) in a multinational environment
  • Understand microservice-driven functional architecture and follow a domain driven design approach
  • Deep understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite/modules R12, 19C and above
