Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Full-time, on-site role in Madhapur, Hyderabad


Role Summary


As a Graphic Designer at Voy Media, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually captivating designs that align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. This role will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop creative assets for social media, paid advertising, email marketing, websites, and more. Your designs will play a key role in communicating brand stories, enhancing user engagement, and driving campaign success across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities

• Design a variety of digital assets for social media, paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and websites.

• Collaborate with marketing strategists and content creators to develop on-brand, visually appealing graphics that support campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.

• Work on video editing and motion graphics projects to create engaging ad formats such as short animations, GIFs, and video ads.

• Develop and maintain brand consistency across multiple projects by adhering to established design guidelines.

• Present design concepts, receive feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure high-quality final deliverables.

• Stay up-to-date on current design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve design quality.

• Optimize design assets to ensure fast load times and high performance across digital channels.


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in digital design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and familiarity with Canva.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design principles.

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics is a plus.

• Ability to work within tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to incorporating feedback.


Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Experience with other design software like Figma or Sketch.

• Ability to conceptualize and create on-brand illustrations or icons as needed for campaigns.
