We are looking for an experienced Interior & Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with teams to complete projects on time. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in interior and civil work.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor all on-site interior and civil works, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and finishing activities.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow.Review drawings, BOQs, and site plans to ensure accurate execution as per design and quality standards.Conduct daily site inspections and maintain progress reports.Ensure materials are received on time and verify quality before use.Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times.Communicate project updates, delays, and requirements to the project manager/management.Monitor timelines and ensure work is completed within schedule and budget.Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Interior Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, or similar role.Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, civil works, site coordination, and material understanding.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and civil/interior plans.Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, photo documentation).Preferred QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.Experience in residential, commercial, or modular interior projects.
