Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for translating our product vision into intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to craft user journeys that delight and convert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms (India SIM, International eSIM, Bill Payments, Travel Services, and Blogs).
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and final visual designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate based on feedback.
  • Maintain a consistent design system and style guide across all products.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
  • Contribute to continuous UI/UX improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and business goals.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for consumer-facing web and mobile apps.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs, user flows, and problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/XD), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for e-commerce, telecom, or travel platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel for user behavior analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of motion design or interaction animations.
