The role assists in coordinating site activities, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance to contractors and project teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and project schedules.2. Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction methods; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.3. Collaborate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth integration of civil works with other disciplines.4. Conduct inspections, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and document progress, deviations, and corrective actions.5. Verify material quality, approve deliveries, and monitor efficient utilization of manpower and resources on-site.6. Ensure all works comply with design codes, safety standards, and Tier III/IV data centre norms; maintain accurate records of as-built drawings, NCRs, and QA/QC reports.7. Assist in final inspection and handover of civil works, ensuring completeness and adherence to project quality standards.
