Role Description


We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create visually striking content. As a freelance designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging ad creatives and designing graphics for a variety of clients across different industries. You should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design compelling and high-converting ad creatives (banners, social media ads, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more.
  • Create unique and on-brand graphics for clients' websites, social media channels, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the graphics align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Conceptualize and develop ideas that drive engagement and enhance the user experience.
  • Revise and adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once while adhering to tight deadlines.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and client work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media ad requirements and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret client briefs.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in working with different brands and industries is a plus.
