Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Guwahati. The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and provide valuable insights to support the organization’s goals. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgetingExperience with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or ERP systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and proficiency in data accuracy and reconciliationFamiliarity with regulatory compliance, tax procedures, and auditing practicesEffective communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is requiredPrior experience in the healthcare industry or nonprofit organizations is a plus
