Work Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Sat | General Shift (9 AM–6 PM) | 2nd Saturday – Work From Home

Job Summary

We are hiring a Product Business Analyst to join our dynamic EdTech team. You'll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing market trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features and experiences for students

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Create BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to align product strategy.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and provide updates.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Assist in testing and validation of product features against requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Experience with wireframes, prototypes, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus.
