Key Drivers:

  • Drive Project Execution of multiple greenfield/brownfield projects in East Zone.
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget completion of the Project as per project specification by ensuring resources availability and resource allocation at various project stages for maintaining project continuity.
  • Monitor project progress, minimizes project risks and ensures project closure within timeline.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality procedures and delivery of all work items to the quality expectations of the organization, effective project control measures on contractor, post construction and adherence of site teams to Safety requirements.
  • Monitor and managing Interior fit-outs, Electro Mechanical projects, Firefighting & security system.
  • Manage different cross-functional teams like Designer, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing and MEP etc.


Ideal Incumbent:

  • Civil Engineer with 18 years project exposure in delivering commercial leasing space properties to reputed sector clients & MNC’S.
  • Capability to lead a large team of project managers at multiple sites.
  • Rich experience in estimation,rates,budgeting and contractor management.


ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 25LPA
