Job Description


"1. Design and automate test scripts using CAPL, Python, and C for functional and regression testing of automotive ECUs. (This is a primary responsibility and will involve reusable, modular scripting for automated test suites.)

2. Setup and maintenance of HiL test benches using dSPACE HiL and Vector VT System for system-level testing.

3. Utilize Vector CANoe for simulation, diagnostics, network monitoring, and fault injection.

4. Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on system and software requirements.

5. Perform test result analysis, debug failures, and support root cause investigations with development teams.

6. Conduct cybersecurity validation by verifying secure communication and intrusion detection mechanisms.

7. Support test traceability, documentation, and version control ISO 21434 process requirements.


Required skills and experience:

1. Strong hands-on experience in scripting with: CAPL (Vector CANoe environment), Python (automation, test orchestration, and result processing), C (low-level test logic, integration with embedded test platforms)

2. Tool Expertise: Vector CANoe, VT System, dSPACE HiL

3. Protocol Knowledge: CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet

4. Domain Knowledge: Automotive Testing, Verification & Validation, Cybersecurity

5. AUTOSAR (Basic Knowledge):Familiarity with software architecture and interfaces in AUTOSAR-based systems

6. Preferred Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level, ISO 21434 CACSP"
