About Furnisys: 

Furnisys designs and manufactures functional, modular furniture systems for industrial applications, including manufacturing, utilities, and R&D spaces. We are looking for a creative and driven **Content Marketing Specialist** to develop engaging content that supports our brand’s growth and helps drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation & Strategy:

  - Develop, write, and manage a variety of content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product guides, and other marketing collateral to engage potential customers and generate leads.

  - Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to create technical and industry-specific content tailored to different target audiences.

  - Ensure that all content is optimized for both **SEO** and **AI-based search engines**, following best practices to make content discoverable by AI-powered tools like **ChatGPT**, **Google Bard**, and other emerging search technologies.

  - Create engaging content for social media, ensuring consistency in tone and branding across platforms.


2. Website & Blog Management:

  - Manage and update the Furnisys website using Wix, ensuring content is regularly updated and optimized for both traditional SEO and AI-powered search engines.

  - Create and maintain a **content calendar** for the blog, focused on industry trends, product applications, and customer success stories.

  - Work on improving website engagement and lead capture by creating compelling landing pages and product descriptions.


3. SEO & AI Search Optimization:

  - Conduct keyword research and optimize content for both traditional SEO and AI-based search engines, ensuring that content is easily discoverable through conversational search tools.

  - Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AI tools to monitor traffic and identify content opportunities.

  - Continuously update and optimize older content to ensure relevance and performance, focusing on making it accessible for voice and AI search platforms.


4. Marketing Collateral Development:

  - Design and create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and product data sheets using tools like Canva.

  - Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to produce content that supports lead generation and customer engagement, including email campaigns, social media posts, and downloadable content.


5. Social Media Management:

  - Create, schedule, and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote Furnisys' thought leadership, products, and services.

  - Engage with the online community to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.


6. Email Marketing & Campaigns:

  - Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and nurturing campaigns for lead generation.

  - Build and maintain email lists, segmenting audiences based on engagement and industry to provide tailored content.

  - Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing content and strategy based on analytics.


7. Collaboration:

  - Work closely with the Lead Generation Executive to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and lead generation strategies.

  - Collaborate with external agencies (if applicable) on content amplification efforts such as SEO, social media advertising, or paid campaigns.

  - Partner with the Sales team to align content with customer needs and sales goals, ensuring seamless content distribution.

- 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing, or communications.
