This pivotal role involves developing the F&B department from the ground up—concept planning, menu design, recruitment, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design innovative F&B outlets and menus aligned with the Merlis brand.Develop SOPs to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team.Oversee daily F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Engage with guests, drive feedback initiatives, and curate promotions or events.Stay ahead of trends to continuously innovate and elevate offerings.What We’re Looking For5–8 years of F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.Strong background in pre-opening, operations, and concept development.Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.✨ Join us in creating extraordinary dining experiences at Merlis Coimbatore.
