Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Management Information System Executive at SKYLINE. As a MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing information systems, generating MIS reports, utilizing analytical skills to improve business processes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.



Roles & Responsibilities


  • Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.
  • Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making improvement plans.
  • Conducting research, attending workshops, and Developing information and skills required
  • should be pro in Google Sheets/Forms and Docs
  • Should know the Intranet/Dashboards and Internal communication system (within the company)
  • Strong follow-up for getting the work done from doers.
  • Team player, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Gathering the information from doers and converting the right reports/results, as required by the management


Requirements of MIS Executives:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
  • Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
  • Ability to train staff junior staff.
