Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the gold loan and investment sector. Ensure alignment with company objectives and target audiences.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage teams setting clear performance goals and expectations.

Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen company’s brand image, ensuring that all marketing

materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.

Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including print, outdoor and visual media.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, optimizing them for maximum return on investment.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity. Conduct market

research to identify opportunities and threats.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation aligns with objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as administration and operations, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with the company's overall business strategy.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.

Negotiate vendor contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Non Banking Gold Loan Company.

An excellent communication skill in English and Hindi is required.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

A passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
