Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR department in day-to-day operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in key HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources and develop valuable skills in a professional environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with organizing training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Help with employee engagement activities and HR projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR-related information


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with employees and management
  • Currently pursuing a post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or recent graduate in any related field.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
