We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to organize and oversee the powder coating section with ETP. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all Pretreatment and Powder coating with ETP lines reference Pretreatment and the quality of output. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you.


Your responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime

• Oversee a workforce of employees in the manufacturing department

• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines

• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines

• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel

• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees

• Internally check powder coated panel for Conical test ,Impact test, Crosshatch test & DFT test.

• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity

• To expedite raw material planning and organize for raw material.

• Responsible for documentation control, record keeping and revision of records.

• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements

• Monitor production to resolve issues

• Implement 5s, SMED, OEE, Gemba, Bottleneck Analysis and TPM on shopfloor.

• Implement modification of process & line balancing on shopfloor.

• Enforce health and safety precautions


REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Skills:

• Responsible to Control ETP plant to process waste water.

• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

• Responsible for Preparation of quality plans &QMS documents.

• Daily monitoring of rejection and rework & reduce them by finding RCA.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software maintain the daily production entry in system.


Qualification and Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in Production/ Industrial/ Mechanical is preferred. Diploma can also suitable. Paint Technology.

• 5 plus years’ experience in manufacturing operations

• 2 plus years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
