About the Role: 


As a Credit Manager at FinLender, you will lead and oversee the credit analysis and risk assessment processes for our lending activities. Your role will involve managing a team of credit analysts, ensuring comprehensive and accurate credit evaluations, and making key lending decisions that align with the company's risk appetite and financial objectives. 


 

Location: Sector 62, Noida 

Department: Debt Funding 

Position: Credit Manager/ Assistant Credit Manager (On-site) 

Employment Type: Full Time 

Compensation: No bar for the right candidate  

 


Roles & Responsibilities: 


  • Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts, ensuring high performance and professional development. 
  • Oversee daily operations and workflow within the credit department. 
  • Review and approve detailed credit analyses and risk assessments conducted by credit analysts. Evaluate complex financial data and loan applications to determine creditworthiness. 
  • Formulate and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance profitability. 
  • Make informed lending decisions and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. 
  • Develop and present comprehensive credit proposals for approval by the credit committee. 
  • Liaise with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate lending operations. 
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, investors, and business partners. 
  • Ensure all credit activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit management. 
  • Analyze financial reports and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to management. 
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on credit performance, risks, and opportunities. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Credit Underwriting, or related field (CA/CFA/FRM qualifications preferred). 
  • 1-3 years of work experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and credit management, preferably with BANK, ARC, AIF, NBFC, or financial institutions. 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and financial analysis software. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends. 
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
