Grow Your Staff is looking for a Program Director (Entrepreneurial Leadership) for a leading tech company based in the US. This is a full-time remote opportunity. 


The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US. 

The client drives innovation by developing and nurturing cutting-edge digital solutions, products, and platforms while incubating start-up ideas from MVPs to market entry, ultimately spinning them off as independent product portfolios or ventures.

Operating through a distinctive model, the client balances ongoing consulting projects with the development of flagship platforms and products. It serves a range of industry sectors, including Risk Management, Insurance, Healthcare, Medical Education, and Workplace Engagement. The client’s collaborative ecosystem brings together business analysts, technical engineers, QA engineers, creative professionals, 3D modelers, animators, and subject matter experts.

The Program Director will oversee the client’s diverse project portfolio and strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset within teams, propelling business growth, and ensuring that all projects align with the client’s strategic goals. The Program Director will also guide start-up venture activities, promoting 10X thinking and 100X impact.


Experience required: 8- 9 years 

CTC: INR 25-35 LPA

Location: Remote

Type of Employment: Full-time

Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Monday-Friday)


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and completion of Infiniqo’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Act as the central point of leadership for project initiatives, collaborating closely with the CEO to implement and refine strategic plans.
  • Inspire and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset within teams to foster innovation and

proactive problem-solving.

  • Develop and enforce best practices, processes, and standards to maintain high-quality

project outcomes and on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align resources, timelines, and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, building leadership skills, enhancing competencies, and promoting career growth.
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams and with executive leadership, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and project quality.
  • Partner with business development and client-facing teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations and strategic business growth.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation and maintain Infiniqo's competitive advantage.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in program or project leadership, preferably within technology or business solutions industries
  • Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and drive results through effective leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within teams.
  • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
  • Ability to mentor and develop teams, nurturing an environment of growth and excellence.
  • Strong risk management skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
