Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success, and recognition.

Some of Trianz' built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partnerof Amazon for building/supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms.

Most recently, Trianz and AWS have signed a strategic collaboration agreement within which the two companies will work on joint roadmaps/solutions for the cloud; AWS will buy Trianz | Concierto in bulk for AWS partners to use for migrations; AWS will also recommend Concierto to their MSPs and finally, AWS Professional Services and Trianz have signed an agreement for joint solutioning and customer delivery. Given all this, Trianz is experiencing a significant demand for its SW platforms and consequent growth. About the Role

Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, data architecture and data warehousing.


• Deep understanding of Data Technologies from ETL, ELT, Database Design, Query Federation, Database design for analytics and business intelligence.


• Should have solutioning experience in the architectures of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, migration to cloud and cloud data platform development


• Should have worked independently in preparing proposal presentations, solution architecture definition, estimations, SOWs, differentiator positioning and RFP responses


• Advanced programming skills and aptitude


• Deep knowledge of CI/CD and leveraging code repositories like GitHub


• Ability to lead complex analytic projects under limited supervision, which will entail the design, development, and delivery of complex solutions in close coordination with the Sales and vertical support teams, and in direct communication with customers.


• Ability to present a compelling strategic vision to commercial leaders and facilitate / drive use of the newest technologies


• Will lead large and experienced analytic professionals in designing, developing, and implementing custom analytic solutions and deliverables for external and internal customers. Build and manage a team of highly competent analytic professionals, empowering a data-driven culture.

  • 10 years of experience in the Data Management Space.
  • Data Architecture & Data Modeling.
  • Deep understanding of Data Technologies that are commercially available.
  • Deep understanding of AWS and its offerings.
  • Intermediate knowledge of AI and its capabilities.
  • Able to translate business problems into a technology solution and present a solution to the business.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Master's degree in relevant field.
