The assistant will also monitor plant health, fertigation and maintain necessary equipment.Qualifications Skills in planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and harvestingKnowledge of pest control and landscape designAbility to monitor plant health and apply fertilizersExperience in maintaining garden areas and necessary equipmentGood physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditionsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExperience in horticulture -floriculture /oleariculture- is necessary
