Job purpose:

Industrial Engineering & Tooling Expert


Roles & responsibilities:

Tooling design & selection.

Relevant Machines & equipment’s working procedures, machine troubleshooting & Automation concept.

Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.

Machine Program, Line Balancing, Facility & Plant Layout.

Perform CNC programming and operation of Mazak machine, grinding machine, Automation & Gear cutting machines.

Lead the implementation and integration of selected tools, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

Improve manufacturing tooling processes and methods for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency opportunities within the facility.

Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses and estimated production costs.

Sound knowledge about forging process and its drawing & weight calculation.

Sound knowledge of Proprietary & machined parts product range.

Good understanding over component Drawings.

Design Soft wares are added advantages.

Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role

Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities

New Part development for New project (From RFQ to SOP)

Cost Reduction Engineering (VAVE)

Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail

Advance knowledge to tooling, their selection & implementation.
